2021 Texas Shootout Refund Policy

 

We have no intention of cancelling this meet.  Instead, we are implementing tons of precautions and protocols to DO OUR BEST to ensure your safety.  Details on some of our efforts to keep everyone safe are available under “COVID Considerations”.

 

However, we are at the mercy of state and local governments.  In the unlikely event that our meet is cancelled BY STATE or LOCAL MANDATE, we will offer refunds according to the following scale:

 

Meet cancelled prior to Dec 1st = 100% refund of all entries

Meet cancelled Dec 1st – Dec 15th = 50% refund of all entries

Meet cancelled after Dec 16th = 25% refund of all entries
